USE OF THE EPOXY STICK
1. CLEAN UP SURFACES
For maximum adhesion, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the surface to be bonded before processing. The HG cleaner is suitable for this.
2. REMOVING THE FOIL
Each epoxy stick is packaged in a protective foil. Before the kneading compound is processed, the protective foil must be removed without residues from it.
3. CUT OFF PIECE
Depending on the need, the required amount of kneading compound is cut off with a sharp knife.
4. KITMASS CUTTING
In order to ensure that the ingredients are mixed well and a polymer compound is created, the cut off repair mass is manually kneaded. We recommend wearing gloves for processing. When the material heats up and gets a uniform color, you have about 3-4 minutes to process the epoxy.
5. IMPROVE, REPAIR, SEAL
Depending on the application, the kneaded epoxy is then applied to seal or repair broken objects.
6 CUTTING AND PROCESSING
Like any glue, the epoxy kneading compound also requires some time to cure. The material can then be ground, drilled or painted.
